    There's always cops in the neighborhood at night. They arrest people out of here often. Lots of Kids, they run wild in the driveway and play basketball late at night. Rent is high but hey, its Cedar Park. Parking is awful. So you pay extra for car ports or garages. Management seems cool. We had a water pipe break, maintenance came out and fixed it & the carpeting that day (Sunday). My floor has scary soft spots. Its really not a bad place to live, just a bad crowd. I don't mind it but if rent gets higher, I am definitely moving somewhere nicer.
