  Our experience at this location was horrible. We expect the manager to treat her employee with respect and not yell at the employee when mistakes are made in front of other customers. This manager said to her employee, "you're not listening and you gave the wrong order to the customer. You're making me mad". This manager snatched the order paper from the employee's hand. this manager hurt the employee's hand because she was holding her hand after the manager snatched the paper. I was stunned by how this manager treated her employee. One of the other employee was talking to her then she left really upset. 10 minutes after that, the manager was talking to one of the employee and said, "she left & I'm not paying her". Managers are supposed to be supportive and helpful. This manager was unprofessional and disrespectful to her employees.
