  LM Design installed our tile backsplash in our kitchen and our carpet throughout. The tile backsplash wasn't finished so the day the guy came out to finish the grout line where the counter (marble) met our white tile (subway) they used the wrong color grout! When I called the owner he promised to come out and re do it after I spent an hour removing what his guy did. I was home with a newborn at the time the owner came out and felt confident that he would use the correct grout color without my looking over his shoulder. When I went into the kitchen after he had left AGAIN wrong grout color! Absolutely irritating. He said he would come back and I told him not to bother I would do it myself. That was a year ago. I recently needed a section of my carpet replaced because we have a small dog that tends to find her "favorite spot" and have accidents. I sent him text messages and an email asking him if he could come out and do the work. I of course said I would pay for the service. It's been well over a week now and he has not responded. Very unprofessional. Oh and when they initially installed the carpet they took ALL the remnant pieces of the carpet and padding which I saw with my own eyes there were good pieces left over. I had to purchase another roll of carpet for the section I now need to replace. If these people would answer my texts and emails maybe I wouldn't have to write this negative response.
