  Never have I ever experienced such poor customer service. While the dentists are pleasant and do fair work, the blonde receptionist is a cold, unforgiving woman. I went in after being in excruciating pain from an unfinished root canal. They said it was too infected to perform the work so they wrote a prescription for stronger antibiotics and pain meds. That's fine and dandy. When I went to pay my co-pay, I was told I owe $234 dollars for the visit, no explaination why (mind you I was there for less than 10 mins) and I mentioned that to her, and her response was "well, you took time out of my day and everyone else here's too.." it was then when I told her I was in customer service and how she speaks to people is unacceptable, she did not bat an eye or issue an apology. I would for sure come back to this place, only if she was not employed there. Totally ridiculous to have someone so obviously angry at the world working there, Carus. I'll find another dentist.
