    From start to finish, Heather showed me so much love and compassion for me and my loved one. I can't really find the perfect words to describe my experience. She was so thoughtful, as if it was one of her loved ones she was making plans for. She took care of every minute detail, even things I hadn't thought of. I was so grateful for her thoughtfulness because I was in no shape to think of everything, and it was things I would have thought about after the fact but too late to do anything about.
